Knight Frank was appointed the property manager of a boutique office building completed by ANTCZAK Investments, SQ Business Center in Wroclaw. Having a total area of 5,500 square meters, the building is scheduled for delivery in the 2nd quarter of 2019.

“In the process of the completion of the SQ Business Center, the comfort of its future users has been a critical issue to us since the very beginning. Apart from design and construction solutions we wanted to ensure that our clients have the possibility of working together with a reliable and professional partner also as regards the building’s management. We decided to appoint Knight Frank, a company experienced in managing different types of property. I believe that working together with a reputable brand is another feature that makes our building stand out among office buildings in Wroclaw,” emphasizes Marcin Antczak, ANTCZAK Investments.

“We are happy that our experience convinced the investor to entrust the building management with us prior to its delivery. It is the time of intensive work for us before the building starts to receive tenants, including the selection of the providers of all services and the development of required regulations and procedures,” said Aneta Ciszek, Property Manager from the Wroclaw-based Knight Frank office.

SQ Business Center is a cosy office building of a total area of approx. 5,500 sqm, having both a futuristic form and a high fit-out standard. ANTCZAK Investments is the main investor. The building has nine above-ground floors and an underground parking lot. An 80-meter green patio will be accessible to the occupants of the last floor. Located at the junction of Stacyjna and Legnicka streets, along the main street, it can be conveniently reached from the city center and by a Wroclaw ring road that ensures the fastest access to the airport. The SQ Business Center has been popular among clients thanks to the investor’s flexible approach as part of which they can both lease or buy premises. Over 60% of the building’s space is already pre-leased.
