Hines Given Occupancy Permission for Graffit Office Building

Graffit

Hines, the international real estate company, is pleased to announce that an occupancy permit has been obtained for the Graffit office building in Warsaw. The facility was constructed at 28 Domaniewska Street, near the Wilanowska metro station, and offers approx. 18,500 square meters of leasable area.

The seven-story building, with an elegant shape and a glazed façade, stands out owing to the area of a typical floor, which is as large as 2,600 square meters. The design provides for a three-level underground car park for 360 vehicles, as well as complete infrastructure for cyclists including stands, changing rooms and showers. The exceptional look of the building is enhanced by unique murals in the lobby, which is accessible to the general public, and at the lifts. The murals were made by recognized Polish artists, Daniel “Chazme” Kalinowski and Robert Proch.

The architectural design of the Graffit office building was made by the Polish branch of the London design practice Rolfe Judd. WARBUD S.A. was the general contractor of Graffit.
