Grzybowska 81, Warszawa.
Based on the concluded preliminary agreement, the building, after it is finished, will be sold to Bank Polskiej Spóldzielczości S.A. in total. The construction of Grzybowska 81 will be completed in Q4 2012.
The investment at ulica Grzybowska 81 is around 10Â 000 sqm of usable space, out of which 9Â 000 sqm will house offices. Future tenants will have 130 parking spaces at their disposal. The building will be constructed on the basis of design documentation which was prepared by Grupa 5 Architekci.
Unibep S.A. will be the general contractor of the investment at ulicy Grzybowska 81. The company, which is the owner of Unidevelopment Sp. z o. o., has finally been granted the perpetual usufruct right to the real estate at ul. Grzybowska 81, after the Warsaw authorities did not exercise their right of pre-emption of land. The final agreement in this matter was signed on 23 February 2011.
