Feniks offices.
The extension of the Feniks office building in the centre of Warsaw has started. The building which is developed by Europlan, will have 9 000 sqm of class A office space, including additional retail space situated on the ground floor of the building total lingaround 1 000 sqm. The scheme is being constructed in the core centre of the city,at 32 Żelazna Street, the commissioning is scheduled on 2012.
The financingof the construction has been provided by a PKO BP S.A. loan; the cost of theinvestment is around PLN 100 million. Feniks will have eight above-groundstoreys and 60 parking spaces in an underground car park.
Thearchitectonic conception was created by Archico Projekt, under the supervision of Konrad Tanasiewicz. Modzelewski & Rodek sp. z o.o. (subsidiary ofAustrian PORR) is the general contractor.
