Eurocentrum Delta with topping-out wreath

A topping-out wreath was raised on the Delta building – another phase of the Eurocentrum Office Complex project. Owned by Capital Park, it is one of the largest green buildings in the capital. The entire complex will provide 69 578 of space, including over 27 000 sqm delivered in the current phase.

Eurocentrum Office Complex, an A+ Class office building, will have 15 floors above ground level and 3 underground floors providing almost 70 000 sqm of lettable space including over 67 000 sqm of office space.

The retail section of the project, with amenities dedicated to Eurocentrum users in tune with the company’s Office Plus concept, will feature a restaurant, a cafe, a grocery, a chemist store, hairdressing and nail salons, a drycleaners store, a physiotherapy centre and a car wash facility. For the first time in an office building in Warsaw tenants can also use services provided by a professional concierge including assistance with business travel arrangements, family get-togethers, collecting visitors from the airport, business conferences or child care.

The first phase of the project – Beta and Gamma buildings – was completed in June 2014. Eurocentrum tenants include Imtech Polska, Unilever, Tebodin, Qumak, CEPD Management, Randstad Polska, Mota Engil Central Europe S.A., Fresenius Kabi Polska Sp. z o. o., Chiesi Poland Sp. z o. o., Michael Strom Brokerage House and Commarch S.A.
