Echo Investment divested Sagittarius Business House in Wrocław

The 25,600 sqm Sagittarius Business House office building, whose main tenants are EY and Bank of New York Mellon, was purchased by Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate (Warburg-HIH Invest). The companies have executed the preliminary agreement that was concluded in July 2017.

Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate (Warburg-HIH Invest) is a German real estate investment manager that has purchased Sagittarius Business House for a fund managed on behalf of one of its institutional investors. It becomes the owner of Sagittarius by concluding the transaction worth EUR 74.5 million.

Sagittarius has already been presold to Warburg-HIH special fund during its construction which is in line with the strategy of profitable growth. We are very happy to hand over the building to a reputable long-term investor. Wrocław is a very attractive place to locate international business centres especially from SSC, BP and ITO sectors. That is favourable outlook both for Warburg HIH Invest investing in high class office building as well as for Echo Investment planning another developments in the city, says Nicklas Lindberg, CEO of Echo Investment.

Sagittarius Business House is a modern A-class office building located at ul. Sucha, in the emerging central business district of Wrocław. The building offers 25,600 sqm of leasable area. Its main tenants are EY and Bank of New York Mellon, which are both going to occupy over 90 per cent of available space. The building obtained an occupancy permission in the second quarter of 2018.
