Cushman & Wakefield to move to The Warsaw HUB

Cushman & Wakefield consolidate its Warsaw headquarters at The Warsaw HUB in the city’s new business centre. The global commercial real estate services company will occupy nearly 2,500 sq. m of office space in the skyscraper.

The agreement between Cushman & Wakefield and the developer, Ghelamco, has been signed for a term of 7 years. The company will occupy nearly 2,500 sq. m of office space on the 18th and 19thstoreys of tower B in The Warsaw HUB.

Tower A of the complex will house Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels. The tenants from the retail and service sector include Biedronka supermarket, Zdrofit fitness club, Rossmann drugstore and McDonald's and Olimp restaurants.
