Colliers International manages Tensor building in Gdynia and C200 Office in Gdańsk

C200 Office

Colliers International has won the mandate to manage Tensor building in Gdynia and C200 Office in Gdańsk, Poland. Both buildings are owned by Euro Styl.

Tensor office park is located in Gdynia, at 8 Łużycka Street. It comprises three modern class A office buildings: X, Y, Z with designated ground floor retail. Building X, offering 5,039 sqm of office space, was delivered in January 2016. Building Y was delivered in June 2016 and offers 8,262 sqm of office space. Building Z will deliver approx. 6,700 sqm of leasable office space. The complex offers 450 parking spaces. The concept design has been prepared by Degutis Studio Architektury, the project's general contractor is Arbud Nieruchomości and the project’s investor – Euro Styl.

C200 Office is located in the central part of Gdańsk, on 163 Marynarki Polskiej Street. C200 Office is an example of general modernization of a building that was completed in the 1970s. It comprises 7 above ground floors with total leasable area ca. 17,500 sqm, that provides class A office space. The garage includes warehouse space of ca. 1,930 sqm. There will also be an exterior parking for over 330 cars provided. The concept design has been prepared by Kenton Arch. The project's general contractor is Arbud Nieruchomości and the project’s investor – Euro Styl.
