Dominikański in Wrocław

Colliers International has won the mandate to manage Dominikański office complex in Wrocław, Poland. The building is owned by Union Investment.

“Colliers International will be responsible for operational, technical, financial and administrative management of the building as well as creating and maintaining good relationships with its tenants,” said Agnieszka Krzekotowska, Associate Director in the Real Estate Management Services department of Colliers International.

Dominikański is being developed in the centre of Wrocław in the close proximity of the old square, next to the main communication junction in the city. There are many service points, restaurants, a shopping mall and green areas in the neighborhood. Dominikański consists of 7 floors. It offers 40,000 sqm of gross leasable area and 380 parking spaces. Moreover, the property has the largest office floor plate in the city spreading over 6,100 sqm. Medusa group architectural office is responsible for the architectural design of the project while Skanska is the general contractor and investor who has sold the facility to the current owner. During the transaction Skanska was advised by Colliers International.
