30,000 sqm of new office space in Wilanów Office Park

The construction of the office complex Wilanów Office Park in Warsaw is speeding up. Two new office buildings – A and B3 - are going to be commissioned at the beginning of July. The results of the contest for the project of the E office building, which is another stage of the investment, will be announced in June

Ultimately, Wilanów Office Park will consist of 18 individually designed buildings with a total office space of 140,000 sqm.

"Wilanów Office Park is starting to take shape. This summer, the office complex will be expanded with another two office buildings – A and B3 that will join the already operating B1 building which is the registered office of the company Pol-Aqua. Altogether, they will offer 40,000 sqm of office space," says Michał Świerczyński, Vice-President at Polnord S.A.

By the end of June 2012, Asseco will move in the A building. The company is a software producer and purchaser of the entire building. The building was individually designed for the needs of Asseco. Eventually, over 1,200 people will work there. Its total space is 40,000 sqm, out of which office space constitutes around 20,000 sqm. Currently, finishing works related to developing the land of the investment, including planting trees, are underway. The value of the investment is around PLN 120,000,000ł.

In July, another 10,000 sqm of office space will be delivered in the B3 building. Currently, finishing works inside the building as well as outside are underway. B3, apart from workplaces for over 1,000 people, will house back service facilities with an area of 500 sqm. It will comprise of a shop, a cafeteria for employees and a cafe.

Polnord SA, which develops the office complex Wilanów Office Park is currently negotiating with potential tenants at the B3 office building. Several companies from i.a. FMCG, pharmaceutics and financial sectors are interested in leasing significant parts of the building.

Architects studio Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci from Warsaw is the author of the design of both buildings.
