Savills has promoted two members of its Investment Team

International real estate advisor Savills has promoted two members of its Investment Team: Bartlomiej Krzyżak has been promoted to associate and Piotr Łopusiński has become a consultant.

Bartlomiej Krzyżak, promoted to associate, advises on disposals and acquisitions of commercial properties. In 2015 he was involved in transactions totaling €150mln and collaborated with investors such as Hillwood, Savills Investment Management and CBRE Global Investors. Prior to joining Savills in 2011 Bartlomiej had worked at Deutsche Telekom Germany, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Warsaw. To supplement his education he completed post-graduate courses in property valuation, real estate management and brokerage. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Piotr Łopusiński, promoted to consultant, is responsible for data analysis, supporting sales process and preparation of real estate due diligence. Prior to joining Savills Piotr had worked as a junior consultant in Valuation and Consultancy Department at Cushman & Wakefield where he was involved in real estate market analysis and reporting. Piotr graduated from th Warsaw School of Economics with a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
