Cresa hires Marta Kulik to lead HR department

Global real estate advisory firm Cresa has announced that Marta Kulik has been appointed as HR Business Partner with key responsibility for driving the company’s strategic objectives and developing HR solutions.

“As the expansion of Cresa Poland gathers pace, it is now critical that our management receives the right support in executing long-term plans. Marta has a proven track record, which I am confident will strengthen our team and help us build a strong position on the commercial real estate market,” says Piotr Kaszyński, Managing Partner, Cresa Poland.

An HR Business Partner should look at business operations from a broader perspective and swiftly respond to the needs of a company and its employees. Before joining Cresa, Marta Kulik worked for an international recruitment business Michael Page, where she was responsible for specialist and manager recruitment processes. She successfully completed recruitment projects mainly for FMCG, real estate and listed companies. She also gained experience in the financial sector. Marta is a graduate of the University of Łódź, the University of Aveiro in Portugal, and Koźmiński University in Warsaw.
