• Skanska purchases Ilmet and prepares further projects

    Skanska Property Poland strengthens its position in the business center of Warsaw. The company has signed an agreement on the rights of perpetual usufruct, a right granting long-term use of real estate, on the land plot near ONZ Rondabout. Currently, the Ilmet office building is located on this plot. In addition, the company has bought the Warsaw One project, which was designed by the previous owner. In the transaction process the seller was advised by Knight Frank.

  • Rockcastle finalises acquisition of further retail portfolio in Poland

    Rockcastle Global Real Estate has acquired a retail portfolio totalling 62,000 sq m from Aviva Investors, worth EUR 160 million. Cushman & Wakefield, Hogan Lovells, Arcadis and PwC represented the purchaser, JLL, Dentons and Deloitte advised the seller in the transaction.

  • Graffit commercialized in over 25%

    Hines, the international real estate firm, has obtained a new tenant for Graffit, signing a lease agreement for 4,800 square meters of office space. As a result, the commercialization levels for the building developed near the Wilanowska metro station have exceeded 25 percent. At the tenant’s request, Hines decided not to reveal more detailed information on the transaction.

  • Mennica Legacy Tower underground construction has started

    Last week on the Mennica Legacy Tower construction site, work started on the diaphragm walls which will be executed on the site border line. Their depth will reach up to 36 meters below the ground level.

  • Prologis Park Wroclaw V expands by additional 11,400 sqm

    Prologis, Inc. announced it has begun construction of a speculative facility totalling 11,400 square metres at Prologis Park Wrocław V.
