Globe Trade Centre S.A. has commissioned a third office building in the Okęcie Business Park complex in Warsaw. The building contains 8 840 sqm of A-class office space, which is currently 80 percent let.
Azora Europa purchased two office buildings in the Green Office complex from Grupa Buma
Azora Europa Fund has purchased two modern office buildings belonging to the Green Office complex from Grupa Buma. The sales agreement was concluded on 21 December 2011 and applies to 11 300 sqm of leasable office space (A Building – 3 300 sqm and B Building – 8 000 mkw). Motorola Polska Solutions Sp. z o.o is the tenant in both buildings.
Grzybowska 81 to become property of Bank Polskiej Spóldzielczości S.A.
Based on the concluded preliminary agreement, the building, after it is finished, will be sold to Bank Polskiej Spóldzielczości S.A. in total. The construction of Grzybowska 81 will be completed in Q4 2012.
Expansion and commercialisation of Galeria Ostrowiec
The commercialisation of Galeria Ostrowiec in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski is beginning. The expansion of the centres is an element of increasing the competitiveness of the offer of the shopping centre which has been operating in the market for a few years. The expansion will start in Q1 2013.
