DTZ has been chosen the exclusive agent for selling properties belonging to the company Telekomunikacja Polska SA (Polish Telecom). The portfolio on offer includes over 250 properties including office, retail, warehouse and residential ones of various specificity situated all over Poland.

Concept Development BSD 2 LLC has committed to certify its new investment in Warsaw, Concept Tower, under both LEED and BREEAM ratings. Its completion is planned for September 2012.
